Keder profiles bring printed textile banners into shape. The even suspension enables a perfect hold. If the keder profiles are bent, completely new possibilities arise. However, the very different shapes of the profiles make it very complicated to bend them cleanly. We use high-quality CNC machines to bend the profiles perfectly to the millimetre. This enables us to meet even the most complicated requirements. A completely round circle or perhaps a serpentine line? No problem at all. Even a three-dimensional movement in all directions is possible under computer control. Movable walls, which are realized with tension frames, can also be curved. This is where precision pays off. Because the production of textile stenter frames requires a very high degree of precision in the manufacture of the flat piping. If the frame is also bent, particularly precise production is absolutely necessary.
