Luminous displays

The clamping frame itself is really smart. A simple aluminium frame with a groove, a print on textile banners with a surrounding rubber lip and both together make an elegant display. The print can be changed quickly, is inexpensive and always stretched tightly and crease-free. The fields of application are manifold. You can find these tensioning frames in shop fitting as well as at trade fairs. In shop windows they are indispensable and also as wall decoration these picture frames are very suitable.

One generation further with LED lighting

In recent times, lighting by means of LEDs has rapidly gained acceptance. The clou here is that a textile stretching frame is very flat, gets by with few LEDs and is nevertheless fully and evenly illuminated. But how does edge lighting with LEDs work? The LEDs on the side have a special reflector and a diffusion lens which distribute the light in such a way that the same amount of light hits the banner everywhere.

The banner print is backlit

Of course the LEDs themselves remain invisible. The printed banner is backlit and is accordingly translucent so that the motif shines in brilliant colours. Even the back of the banner can be illuminated. The double-sided use of the LED tenter frames is therefore possible without any problems. Of course also with different motives, which can be exchanged separately.

Mobile LED frames

Although a battery-operated LED stenter frame is not quite ready for series production due to the high amount of light, some stenter frames can still be mounted without tools even with LEDs and can be wired with simple plug connections. So frames up to 100 x 245cm can be easily disassembled and taken in a case. Set it up, plug it in and you have a high-quality display with excellent long-distance effect that attracts a lot of attention. Two small feet for folding up, like a roll-up, are mounted rotatably on the bottom.

In addition to the standard formats, LED textile stretcher frames can also be produced in cut-to-size. No matter whether for trade fairs, retail shops or office equipment.
