Circular tension frames are an absolute novelty and offer entirely new possibilities in the design of trade fair stands or in shopfitting. The newly developed flat keder profile with double-sided covering can be bent over both the X axis and the Y axis (see images) to any radii from 500 mm according to customer requirements. This means a full circle made of two semicircles can also be realised for a tension frame. The profile can also be hung with a wire rope holder and used as a kind of mobile.
The finishing of the flat keder in a circle is implemented perfectly with our CNC-controlled machines. The result is a clean and wrinkle-free tension for the banner print.
Of course, the round tension frame can also be used excellently as a decorative element with a wall mounting.
