Keder profile aluminium M 20x46

A classic for the trade fair stand or at the POS: the round ceiling hanger with fabric banner and 4c print. Simple and lightweight relative to its size. Two circularly bent keder profiles define the shape. The circles are usually segmented, i.e. divided into transportable segments. The upper ring is hung and the banner is threaded in. The lower ring is pushed onto the lower hem of the banner and hangs from the banner. The assembly is carried out in this order. The upper ring made of the keder profile is simply left open at one point so that the banner can be threaded in here. The lower ring can be pulled onto the lower, hanging hem with the keder tube segment by segment. The joints of the profiles are stabilised with a splice and additionally screwed. Geometrically, the layout of a round ceiling banner must be created on a cylinder development. This is simpler than it sounds: let's take a round banner with a 3 m diameter and 1 m height. The circumference is: 3 m x Pi, i.e. 3 x 3.1415 = 9.425 m So the file must first be created at 9425x1000 mm. In addition, 5 cm is needed at the top and bottom for the hem. On the right and left, you should add 10 cm of additional area so that there is enough space for the joint edge. The file size is therefore 9525x1200 mm, of which 9425x1000 mm remain for the visible area. When it comes to the arrangement of the logos, for example, you have to divide the circumference by 3 or by 4 and arrange the logos at this spacing. In our example, that is then 3141 mm for 3 logos and 2356 mm for 4 logos. FAQ about round banners / round ceiling hangers How are the round banners constructed? The round banner as a ceiling hanger consists of two circular keder profiles. The actual cylinder-shaped banner is fastened between the two rings. The upper ring of the keder profile is hung from wire ropes. The banner is pulled into the keder groove of the upper profile with a pole pocket containing an inserted keder tube. The lower ring is hung onto the banner using the same principle and serves as a weight so that it hangs taut. The banner can be pulled taut at the sides and thus hung wrinkle-free. Which diameter should I choose? The diameter is in principle freely selectable. The most common size at trade fair stands is 2 to 5 m diameter. For larger diameters, additional tension rods may be required so that the banner really hangs smoothly. Diameters that are too small are difficult, as the profiles cannot be bent too tightly. The minimum diameter should not be less than 1 m. Which profile should I choose? Up to a diameter of 2.5 m we recommend the 28 profile. From a diameter of 2.50 m we recommend the larger profile (20x46). For rings over 5 m in diameter, the larger 48 profile is also recommended. Which height is suitable? The height is just as freely selectable as the diameter. However, you should make sure that the proportions of the logo or graphics to be printed on the banner suit the cylindrical banner. Here it can be useful to create a visualisation beforehand. We are happy to help you with the calculation and rendering of the round ceiling hangers. A height of 60 to 100 cm with a diameter of 3 m is a good order of magnitude. How many logos fit on a round banner? The number of logos depends heavily on the aspect ratio of the logo used. In general, you can say that at least 3 logos should be used on a round banner so that it is visible from all sides. Usually four or more logos make sense. How heavy is a round banner? The weight is calculated automatically and shown as the total weight in the configurator. Can round ceiling hangers be printed on both sides? Yes, that is possible. For this, a different banner material is used, which has an opaque barrier layer in the middle so that the print does not show through. How are the round banners delivered? The banners are delivered disassembled. This means the ring-shaped profiles are divided into individual segments. The number of segments can be defined as desired. The banner itself is delivered rolled up. How often can the circular profiles be divided? The number of divisions should be as low as possible. The main reason is transport. For smaller diameters up to 1.5 m, dividing into two halves can suffice. A round banner with a 5 m diameter should be divided four to six times. How are the segments reassembled? The individual segments of the circle are joined with so-called splices. These are pushed into the profile and fixed with screws. All necessary accessories are automatically supplied correctly when selected in the configurator. A curved exhibition wall, cut to size. Of course, this can also be a photo backdrop, a sponsor wall or a background for a product presentation. The decisive thing is: you can freely choose the dimensions, quickly change the fabric print, and have a stable system that can really hold its own. Setting up the exhibition walls is easy: a minimum of 2 columns are set up and keder profiles are attached at the top and bottom. The banner is pulled into these profiles. DetailsThe keder profiles are fixed so that the banner hangs smoothly and wrinkle-free. All necessary accessories are of course included. Does the wall then stand stably? Yes, because the round base plates provide the necessary hold. The curvature creates additional stability, which is why small feet are sufficient in most cases. Although you should of course pay attention to a sensible ratio between width and height when planning. The width of the curved exhibition wall is, by the way, almost unlimited. The profiles can be extended further and further by splices. Different radii can also be combined. A printed display wall in a wave shape can therefore be realised. A completely circular construction is also feasible. If you want to create a semicircular meeting area at the trade fair stand, this system is exactly right for you. The print can be on an opaque banner print. This way the graphic wall can be used as a partition for your back office. Or you deliberately choose a slightly transparent fabric to make sub-areas more open. Our LED cantilever spotlights are also ideally suited for the even illumination of the exhibition walls. So you have a lot of design freedom. We are happy to advise you and determine the necessary dimensions and bending radius for you. If required, we can also visualise the result photorealistically in advance.

Ceiling hangers with keder profiles are a true classic. The reason is simple: easy assembly and great impact. As is so often the case, the simplest things are the best. A keder profile at the top and bottom, a printed banner in between, two wire ropes for suspension - done. The size is practically unlimited. The available length in one piece for most keder profiles is 6 m. If the banner is to be larger, several profiles can be securely joined with a splice. Even if transport size matters, the profiles can be divided. But this simple technique can do even more. We can also bend the profiles. This opens up completely new possibilities. Two circles make a beautiful round banner as a ceiling banner. Or curved profiles as circle segments combined with columns create an elegant back wall.

LED long-arm spotlight with a small switch for a big effect: the light colour can be set easily on the spotlight. This way you can respond to any lighting situation. Ideally suited for exhibition walls and display walls. With 30W power consumption and a luminous output of 3700 lumen, roughly equivalent to a 300W halogen lamp. These long-arm spotlights produce very even illumination and you can switch the light colour in Kelvin between warm white (3000K), neutral white (4000K) and cool white (5600K). The LED technology and robust construction significantly increase the service life. Depending on the selected accessory, the LED spotlights can be used for Octanorm, Aluvision, beMatrix or Syma modules. In addition, adapters for screwing and for panels are available. These LED long-arm spotlights are used for exhibition walls or displays. Thanks to their low power consumption, they can also be used well in shopfitting. The spotlight is simply placed on the profile with the selected adapters and hooks into the groove. If the spotlight is to be attached to a different exhibition wall or to a wooden display wall, a straight screw clamp or a pipe clamp as well as screw adapters are available as accessories. The LED spotlight is slid onto the clamp from the side. The lamp holder can therefore be attached independently of the spotlight. The screw clamp can be attached to any display wall up to 50 mm thick or to pipes with a 50 mm diameter. The main advantage of these long-arm spotlights is the switch for the light colour in Kelvin, the low power consumption and the low heat generation. Especially in sales rooms or at trade fairs, a lot of light is required. With conventional lamps, staff sometimes get thoroughly grilled. With these LED long-arm spotlights this problem is solved. The lower heat generation is also an advantage for the displayed products. Another positive effect of the lower power consumption is that up to 8 long-arm spotlights can be connected via a single 16A Schuko socket with just one supply cable. Cable clutter and overloaded fuses are no longer an issue. A 1 m connection cable is always part of the standard scope of delivery.
