Rectangular ceiling banner configurable with any side lengths. All sides can be closed. By default, 5 sides are finished with fabric print. These ceiling hangers are held together by a sturdy frame made of mitre-cut aluminium double-groove profiles and corner connectors. The printable banner fabrics are finished with flat keder and tensioned onto the frame.

Ceiling hangers with keder profiles are a true classic. The reason is simple: easy assembly and great impact. As is so often the case, the simplest things are the best. A keder profile at the top and bottom, a printed banner in between, two wire ropes for suspension - done. The size is practically unlimited. The available length in one piece for most keder profiles is 6 m. If the banner is to be larger, several profiles can be securely joined with a splice. Even if transport size matters, the profiles can be divided. But this simple technique can do even more. We can also bend the profiles. This opens up completely new possibilities. Two circles make a beautiful round banner as a ceiling banner. Or curved profiles as circle segments combined with columns create an elegant back wall.

The right frame for your trade fair stand. A frame above your stand provides visibility across the entire fair. You can use this system flexibly. The profiles are usable on both sides by default. You can cover the outside with printed banners and optionally the inside as well. The entire frame consists of 4 individual frames that are joined at the corners. This way the individual sides can be used separately for later applications. Here too with a single print or a double-sided print.The design of the corners can be implemented in different ways - as an open or closed variant. Both have their advantages. A frame closed right up to the corners looks visually perfect. For this, an additional vertical profile is inserted into the corners so that the banners can be carried right to the end. The outer banner is therefore correspondingly wider than the main frame. If a side is to be used individually later, this must be taken into account. With open corners it is kept simpler and is accordingly somewhat cheaper.From a width of 2600 mm, vertical support struts are required, which are automatically factored in here. With single-sided covering, these struts are visible from the inside.The number of points required for the suspensions is also calculated automatically. The minimum is 4. The suspension consists of self-locking wire rope holders and 3 m wire rope with a 3 mm diameter. All parts have the necessary TÜV certificates. The suspension points are screwed into the upper profile groove with a T-slot nut and can be positioned freely along the entire length of the profile. The wire ropes have an open end for the wire rope holder and an eye with thimble at the other end. From here you need your own fastening material such as shackles or trusses around which the wire rope can be looped.The total weight is shown to you once you have added the item to the shopping cart.

These exhibition ceiling hangers ensure outstanding visibility at any trade fair. The good long-distance effect of the prints above the trade fair stand marks your location and gives visitors the necessary orientation. A high-quality yet affordable system of anodised aluminium profiles and high-quality printed banners made of fabric. The banners are inserted individually for each side. At the corners, the banners protrude a little so that they can then be glued. The keder profiles are mitre-cut. The individual profiles are firmly joined with a 90° connector. Optionally, you can select the necessary suspensions for this system. We recommend planning a suspension at least every 2 m. There is practically no limit to the length of the ceiling hangers. By default, we print on a slightly translucent material. Optionally, you can also select an opaque, i.e. completely light-impermeable, material for the ceiling hangers. Double-sided printing of the ceiling hangers is also possible. An opaque material is automatically used for this. All materials are B1 certified and the suspensions meet the requirements of trade fairs in Germany.

The frame consists of 12 equal-length double-groove profiles that are plugged together with 8 corner connectors. In addition, the struts at the corners are fixed with self-tapping screws. After covering with the banners, the construction would hold even like this. The tension of the banners with the sewn-on flat keder holds the entire frame together. There are two grooves in each strut for the independent mounting of each side. This results in high stability with a relatively low weight. The edge length of these cubes can theoretically be unlimited. The profiles can be extended by splices, and the banners can also be sewn to any length. Of course, with such ceiling banners there are certain limits to be observed. If the length of one side exceeds 2 m, we plan a support strut for stabilisation. It does not, of course, have to be a cube. It can also be a cuboid, i.e. a box with different edge lengths. If one side is longer than 4 m, an additional strut is installed per side. The fabric print is seamless up to 5 m wide. As roll material five metres wide is used here, the length is "limited" to 30 m before a seam would occur. But if, for example, a base area of 6x6 m is to be realised, two parts must be sewn together. Planning for such objects should simply take this into account.

Classic round banner in cylinder shape. With two ring-shaped keder profiles at the top and bottom. Incl. print on opaque material. You can choose between two profile types. The smaller S28 profile can be used up to approx. 3 m. Above that we recommend the 48 profile. The round banner is supplied complete with splices (connectors for the divided full circle), pre-finished print web and at least 4 ceiling suspensions. With this holder for 3 mm wire rope, ceiling suspensions can be realised conveniently. After inserting the rope, it can be pushed through continuously without slipping back. The system is based on an internal clamping mechanism with balls that lock the rope securely under tension. The self-locking wire rope holders consist of a precisely manufactured metal housing containing a clamping mechanism with steel balls that automatically grip the inserted wire rope as it is fed in. The locking happens automatically through the tensile force: the more the rope is loaded, the more firmly the mechanism grips. The rope length can be shortened by pushing it in. Lengthening is only possible after actively relieving the tension and simultaneously pressing in the upper sleeve. This allows a flexible and at the same time secure suspension. In common usage, these wire rope holders are called "Reutlinger" after the manufacturer of the same name.
