Tension frame
Aluminium frame, rectangular or round, for the all-round mounting of printed banners. The advantage over hanging banners is a taut, wrinkle-free framing of large-format prints. There are a number of ways to use tension frames. The basis is the various flat keder profiles with which wall pictures, display walls or entire cuboids can be built.
Printing can be done on various materials. Natural-looking canvas fabric is very popular for texts and logos, as in product descriptions or price boards in cafés. Pictures gain high brilliance with pure white banner fabrics. Opaque material can also be used for blackout or in window areas. Large wall pictures are becoming increasingly popular. Whereby the term picture may be interpreted generously here.
With our frames you can cover an entire wall. The tension frame with print as a wallpaper substitute! This is particularly interesting for shopfitting. Interior designers appreciate the possibilities of these fabric-covered frames, because the motifs can simply be swapped out. The tool-free assembly when changing the motif saves a lot of time and money. We print seamlessly from the roll up to 5 m wide. So seamless pictures up to 5 m x 30 m can be realised. The aluminium frames can be divided as needed for transport. On site they are then assembled to any length with a plug connection (technical term: scarf joint). So a butt-jointed seam only arises at the end face within the profile frame.
Speaking of frames: what are frameless pictures? When the frame is the most important element! Frameless because almost no frame is visible when looking at the picture. At most a 2 mm aluminium edge is visible from the front. From the side, of course, the profile is still visible. The width depends on the size of the frames and is between 20 and 40 mm. If the elegant anodised aluminium does not look right visually, we can also apply powder coatings as desired here.
With the tension frames for wall mounting you always get the necessary wall brackets included. The angle connectors with the screws are of course always included too.
