Scarf joint
Scarf joint refers to a connection between two profiles that are to be extended. With two tubes that are to be joined into one, the scarf joint would be a short piece of tube that fits reasonably precisely into the tubes to be extended.
Our scarf joints usually have a more special shape and small screws for fixing.
