Pole pocket
A pole pocket is a banner edge sewn into a tunnel. A pole, tube or rope (round keder) can be fed through this tunnel – tensioning or hanging the banner without visible eyelets.
A pole pocket needs more fabric than a simple seam. In the print data you plan around 4 cm of seam allowance top and bottom (1.5 cm at the sides). Remember to take the chosen scale into account.
