This tension frame offers plenty of space for your graphic without taking up much space itself. The surrounding push-fit keder frame is very rigid thanks to the 50 mm profile depth. Nevertheless, the front view is almost frameless and the graphic is tensioned wrinkle-free. The easy setup and small pack size prove particularly advantageous for trade fairs and events.

Thanks to the CNC-controlled finishing of the profiles and keder strips, an exact reorder is possible at any time. An important factor for renting out these systems with the end customer's individual graphics.

You can freely configure this item up to a profile length of 6 m. The structural engineering is deliberately not taken into account here, in order to leave the greatest possible scope for your ideas. We are also happy to advise you by phone (+494219607314) and prepare a suitable offer for you!

From an edge length of 2500 mm, additional support struts are supplied for stiffening and the profiles are divided to avoid excess length during transport.

Corner connector 90° for the tension frame profile 50x52 double-sided. Both profiles must have a 45° mitre cut and be provided with two threaded holes each for the grub screws. Connector for the tension frame profile 50x52. With this splice, two profiles are joined straight and securely. Half of the shaft is pushed into each of the profiles to be joined and fixed with two grub screws each.The splice is mostly used when the dimension becomes too long for transport. In principle, the profiles should be divided and spliced as little as possible. The stability is somewhat lower than when the profile is left in one piece.

With this holder for 3 mm wire rope, ceiling suspensions can be realised conveniently. After inserting the rope, it can be pushed through continuously without slipping back. Only by pressing the spring-loaded release screw Infinitely adjustable wire rope holders are a mechanical connecting element for tool-free, quick and secure fixing and length adjustment of wire ropes. The system is based on an internal clamping mechanism with balls that lock the rope securely under tension.
