Circular tension frames are an absolute novelty and offer entirely new possibilities in the design of trade fair stands or in shopfitting. The newly developed flat keder profile with double-sided covering can be bent over both the X axis and the Y axis (see images) to any radii from 500 mm according to customer requirements. This means a full circle made of two semicircles can also be realised for a tension frame. The profile can also be hung with a wire rope holder and used as a kind of mobile. The finishing of the flat keder in a circle is implemented perfectly with our CNC-controlled machines. The result is a clean and wrinkle-free tension for the banner print. Of course, the round tension frame can also be used excellently as a decorative element with a wall mounting.

Push-fit keder profile aluminium 50x52 double-sided for many tension frame applications. This profile offers a special design possibility, as curved or round tension frames can also be realised with it. A printed display wall with this profile can be assembled in any size. For dimensions over 2.5 m in length, additional support struts are installed. For round or curved tension frames, feet are no longer required depending on size and radius. Ideally suited for elegant meeting rooms at trade fairs or curved room dividers for exhibitions and shopfitting.

Tension frame with fabric print for the wall mounting of small to medium frames (up to 3 m), cut to size to your desired dimensions. These fabric tension frames are supplied with push-fit keder profiles made of anodised aluminium. These profiles are suitable for wall mounting and are supplied with matching brackets. For the print, you can choose different fabric types. These frames are frequently used in sales rooms and on trade fair stands. They are lightweight, supplied disassembled or rolled, and are completely pre-finished.The print is very brilliant and produces a rich and vivid print image on the fine fabric. The specially calculated finishing guarantees a wrinkle-free tension for a perfect look.
