Tension frames

The right frame for your trade fair stand. A frame above your stand provides visibility across the entire fair. You can use this system flexibly. The profiles are usable on both sides by default. You can cover the outside with printed banners and optionally the inside as well. The entire frame consists of 4 individual frames that are joined at the corners. This way the individual sides can be used separately for later applications. Here too with a single print or a double-sided print.The design of the corners can be implemented in different ways - as an open or closed variant. Both have their advantages. A frame closed right up to the corners looks visually perfect. For this, an additional vertical profile is inserted into the corners so that the banners can be carried right to the end. The outer banner is therefore correspondingly wider than the main frame. If a side is to be used individually later, this must be taken into account. With open corners it is kept simpler and is accordingly somewhat cheaper.From a width of 2600 mm, vertical support struts are required, which are automatically factored in here. With single-sided covering, these struts are visible from the inside.The number of points required for the suspensions is also calculated automatically. The minimum is 4. The suspension consists of self-locking wire rope holders and 3 m wire rope with a 3 mm diameter. All parts have the necessary TÜV certificates. The suspension points are screwed into the upper profile groove with a T-slot nut and can be positioned freely along the entire length of the profile. The wire ropes have an open end for the wire rope holder and an eye with thimble at the other end. From here you need your own fastening material such as shackles or trusses around which the wire rope can be looped.The total weight is shown to you once you have added the item to the shopping cart.

Circular tension frames are an absolute novelty and offer entirely new possibilities in the design of trade fair stands or in shopfitting. The newly developed flat keder profile with double-sided covering can be bent over both the X axis and the Y axis (see images) to any radii from 500 mm according to customer requirements. This means a full circle made of two semicircles can also be realised for a tension frame. The profile can also be hung with a wire rope holder and used as a kind of mobile. The finishing of the flat keder in a circle is implemented perfectly with our CNC-controlled machines. The result is a clean and wrinkle-free tension for the banner print. Of course, the round tension frame can also be used excellently as a decorative element with a wall mounting.
